I happened to see Churubusco Goldsmith Jewelry Service while driving through town and decided to pull in and see if they could help me. I’m glad I did. I’m used to jewelry places telling you to leave something with them and come back days later. Not here. He took care of me immediately, fixed my necklace right then and there, and even put a new clasp on it. The whole thing was done while I waited, and he only charged me $50. Great work, extremely fair price, and the kind of personal service that’s getting harder and harder to find. I’m not even from the area, but if I ever need jewelry repair and I’m anywhere near Churubusco again, this is where I’m going. Absolutely deserves the 5 stars."
